Irish Whiskey Holiday Cocktails
Not in the holiday spirit yet? Get jolly for the season ahead with two delicious cocktail recipes for the best time of year.

We know, it's not even Halloween yet. But you might as well start gearing up for the holiday season now, and what better way to do it than to kick off the festivities with a strong cocktail. It's the Betty way to welcome the holidays. Let the shopping, turkey carving, and all around madness begin!
TULLY-TINI
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
½ oz of Sour Apple Mix
3 oz of Cranberry Juice
Ice
Preparation:
1. Shake ingredients together in a metal shaker with ice, and pour into a chilled martini glass. Chill a martini glass by filling it with cold water and ice and let it sit while you're making your cocktail.
HOT TULLAMORE TODDY
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
3 pieces Cardamon
2 pieces Anise
1 tablespoon Allspice
1 very small Vanilla Stick (or half a large one)
1 ½ oz Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
Preparation:
1. Heat brown sugar and water to a simmer, add cardamon, anise, and allspice. When adding vanilla stick, cut down the middle and scrape out the insides into the pot.
2. When this “Toddy Mix” is done, mix 1 ½ oz of it with 1 ½ oz of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey in an irish coffee glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel (possibly flamed) or cinnamon stick.
