Nothing shouts glamour as loudly as a pair of perfectly applied false lashes! This trend that has been an everyday beauty must (like a concealer would be to us) in Asia and it’s finally picking up in the states as well. This is a secret celebs have used for years. Look at Angelina Jolie’s profile, hmm; do you think those luscious lashes are real? Now it’s our turn. Read on to learn how to apply them and have fun with them too!
First, prep your lashes by curling them. You might want to use Japonesque ergo grip eyelash curler ($13.49, ulta.com).
Once that’s done, apply one layer of mascara. POP Lash Kapow Mascara ($18.50, popbeauty.co.uk), freezes lashes into place, blacking them out and keeping them curled all day!
Always apply black eye liner to the inner rims of the lashes, this intensifies the effect of the falsies, POP’s In Liner ($16, popbeauty.co.uk) has been designed specifically for this purpose – comfortable to apply and no smudging, just the way we like it.
