By sending us your photograph and information (your "Submission"), you agree to participate in the BettyConfidential.com's Halloween Slideshow Feature (the "Special Feature"). BettyConfidential.com may edit, publish, copy, distribute, display and otherwise use, and license others to use and edit, your Submission, worldwide in any media, formats, editions, and derivations, now known or hereafter developed, in connection with the Special Feature and the advertising and promotion for the Special Feature without further permission, notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Without limiting the previous sentence, BettyConfidential.com may publish, display and use your Submission on BettyConfidential.com. You agree that BettyConfidential.com has no obligation to post or otherwise use your Submission and BettyConfidential.com may refrain from using any Submission in its discretion.

You also agree that BettyConfidential.com may use your name, image, likeness and biographical information for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. You release and hold harmless the BettyConfidential.com from any liability, claims and causes arising out of use of this information and your Submission.

You represent that you are over the age of 18 and that you own all rights in and to your Submission and that the use of the Submission in the Special Feature does not violate or infringe upon the rights, including without limitation copyrights or rights of publicity or privacy, of any third party.
