5" />On the 18th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me - an 18th tiny baby.

Yes, the Duggar family (of TLC fame) welcomed their 18th child into the world last week. Arkansan Michelle Duggar delivered Jordyn-Grace via Caesarean section. The baby girl joins seven sisters and 10 brothers, all born to Michelle, 42, and Jim Bob Duggar, 43.

The Duggar's oldest child, Joshua, is 20. If you do the math, that breaks down to roughly one kid per year. Just writing that makes my uterus cry. But to each her own. Or rather, to each her own 18.

The Duggars star in the TLC reality show 17 Kids and Counting. A TLC representative told Yahoo they plan to change the show's name to reflect the family's latest super sizing and will air a special about the family Monday.

 Jim Bob said both baby and mother were doing well. "We both would love to have more," he said.

Out of a fondness for alliteration (or a lack of familiarity with the entire alphabet?) the Duggars have given each of their children a "J" name.

Can you imagine roll call for dinner?

"Joshua, Jana, John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jeremiah, Jedidiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace - get down here!"

Or, as my grandmother used to say, "You know your name!"
