Miss Congeniality star Sandra Bullock and her husband, West Coast Choppers star Jesse James, are fighting a nasty custody battle with James’ ex-wife, former porn star Janine Lindemulder.

Lindemulder, who retired from porn when she married James in 2002, spent the last six months in an Oregon prison for tax evasion. James has petitioned a judge to rule on whether or not Lindemulder can provide a safe environment for their daughter to live in.

“Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if [the girl] will be safe with [Lindemulter],” James’ court statement read. “She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”

Lindemulder still owes nearly $300,000 in back taxes, while Bullock is said to be worth well over $100 million.

Bullock has yet to make an independent statement, although she is backing her husband’s claims and efforts to get full custody of James’ daughter.
