OctoMom (TM?) Nadya Suleman is back in a new documentary called OctoMom: Me and My 14 Kids. The show premiered on Britain’s Channel 4 last night, and will run in the U.S. under the name My Life As the OctoMom, though it has not been scheduled yet.
“I’m a competent, good mother,” she says in a preview for the documentary. She is also seen bowling with her older children, expressing shock at the press’ pursuit of her, and fighting with her mother in the video.

“Sometimes I feel like maybe God is testing me,” Nadya says, seeming to forget that she was already a mother of six when she chose to implant eight embryos in her body. Details!
“I don’t claim to be this super human … super mom, whatever they say, OctoMom,” she says with a dismissive laugh. Wasn’t she the one who filed to trademark the name OctoMom for use on everything from diapers to “entertainment in the nature of ongoing television programs in the field of varity”? The trademark applications were filed in April, around the time shooting for the documentary began.
She is also the subject of a profile in this weekend’s New York Times Magazine. (Us Magazine, CNN)
