Fail! Lindsay Lohan may look all smiles walking down the runway with head designer Estrella Arch for the finale of the Emanuel Ungaro show at Paris's Fashion Week, but maybe that's because she misinterpreted the less-than-enthusiastic applause for her collection. The troubled star joined the Ungaro team as an artistic adviser three weeks ago, and debuted her creations in Paris to a less-than-pleased crowd.

And what did her collection consist of? Surprise, surprise! Outfits fit for a hard partying, wannabe stripper: bra tops, super short and tight mini dresses, and sparkly nipple pasties!

The show, held in the Louvre museum, certainly created a buzz, but for all the wrong reasons. One attendee said of the collection, "the best that can be said is that they tried." Ouch!

Post show, backstage was a mad house with reporters trying to talk to Lindsay while she tried to decipher the reaction to her fashion debut. Even though the applause was minimal and fashion gurus were somewhat appalled by the styles they saw on the runway, the President of Emanuel Ungaro, Mounir Moufarrige, seemed satisfied with the show and with the attention LiLo brought his brand. 

That's the thing about attention, though. There's good attention, and then there's just bad attention. We think Lindsay's stint in the high fashion world got the latter. (UK Daily Mail)
