Lindsay Lohan was having a blast at Crown Bar for Brittny Gastineau’s birthday when her ex Courtenay Semel apparently decided it was a great time for an intervention.

“Everyone was trying to keep [Lindsay and Courtenay] apart, especially since Courtenay is recently out of rehab and has pleaded with Lindsay to do the same,” a source told Page Six.

Sources said Lindsay ran out of the club crying after a “confrontation,” though there’s no word on what was said. Lindsay’s rep denied the incident occurred. (Page Six)
