Madonna’s 23-year-old boyfriend, model Jesus Luz, took a long break from work to follow Madonna around the globe for her world tour. Don’t worry about Jesus, though, he’s not counting pennies – Madonna reportedly pays him $10,000 a month to … well, do whatever Madonna’s boyfriend needs to do.

“Madonna gives him about $10,000 a month to cover his expenses, including his cell phone, insurance and credit card payments,” a source told InTouch.

In addition, Madonna may be buying Jesus a multi-million-dollar apartment in New York City.

Anyone in the market for a job? Apparently Madonna pays her, ahem, employees very well. (InTouch)
