Jessica Simpson isn’t exactly known for her brains (remember the Chicken of the Sea debacle of 2003?), but she saying she’s looking for an intellectual man.

“I don’t want to get bored,” Jessica told Extra in an interview that will air tonight. “I can bore out pretty easily, so I love intellectual men … people that will always keep me intrigued.”

Jessica’s most recent relationship with Dallas Cowboy Tony Romo ended badly in July, when Tony dumped Jessica the day before her birthday.

“I definitely love a spiritual man – somebody that is going to always inspire me,” she continues. “And, you know, I love artistic men – somebody that really understand their art.”

She forgot to mention that he should probably have a sense of humor, too. Based on Jessica’s Newlyweds antics with Nick Lachey, a man needs to be able to laugh a lot if he’s going to spend time with her.
