Want to shed those extra pounds? Why not turn the guest bedroom over to a trainer? Supermodel Heidi Klum is preparing to host the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Thursday, Nov. 19, and she’s had her trainer move in with her so she can’t cheat.

Though she gave birth to daughter Lou Sulola Samuel with husband Seal only one month ago, Heidi plans to be in supermodel shape for Thursday’s broadcast. Trainer David Kirsch has Heidi working out twice a day, a source told the Daily Mail. She’s also cut dairy, fruit, processed carbohydrates and sugar from her diet, and has been eating spinach, egg whites and quinoa instead.
