
During an interview on the Today Show Monday, Sen. Orrin Hatch revealed that Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton could possibly take the place of Justice John Paul Stevens, who will retire from the Supreme Court this summer.

Hatch said that he has heard Clinton’s name mentioned in connection with the Supreme Court vacancy, though he refused to go into detail.
"I heard Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's name today and that would be an interesting person in the mix,” the Utah Republican disclosed.
Although he failed to state whether or not he would vote for Clinton, Hatch believes that she has done a lot for the Democratic Party.
