Fans of funnyman Conan O’Brien will be pleased to hear that Fox executives are “seriously talking” with the former Tonight Show host’s reps about putting Coco on the air between 11 and midnight.

The only thing standing in the way at this point is the fact that many Fox stations air syndicated programming, such as reruns of The Office or Friends, and execs are concerned that a Conan show wouldn’t be as lucrative.

However, sources tell TMZ that head honchos at several major Fox affiliates believe a deal is "imminent."
