Charlie Sheen Plans to Tell Judge that Brooke Mueller is a Liar

The father of four hopes Brooke's drug abuse will help him in court.

Charlie Sheen is heading back to court next Monday and that means one thing: He has to come up with a pretty darn good explanation for what transpired on Christmas Eve.

Because of that, and because he knows the odds are stacked against him, Sheen plans to tell a Colorado judge that his wife Brooke Mueller is crazy and that she completely fabricated the alleged assault.

“Charlie is going to contend that everything Brooke told police isn’t true – that she was out of her head, that she was so messed up she didn’t know what was going on,” one source relayed to RadarOnline.com. “She partied hard before the incident. She drank heavily and she smoked crack. And Charlie is fully prepared to use that as part of his defense. Considering the fact that she went into rehab after the incident, Charlie’s argument is going to have a lot of weight.”

Although it sounds like it could work, Brooke’s people could just as easily zero in on Sheen’s history of domestic violence. (RadarOnline)
