Brooke Mueller has left cozy Colorado hotspot Aspen and is now back in the Los Angeles home that she once shared with her allegedly violent hubby, Charlie Sheen.

RadarOnline is reporting that the Two and a Half Men actor has temporarily taken up residence elsewhere, to honor the terms of a restraining order that a judge put in place after the Christmas Day calamity.

Both Sheen’s and Mueller’s attorneys are joining forces in an attempt to get the no-contact provision of the order dropped. However, Aspen Aspen assistant district attorney Arnold Mordkin is fighting tooth and nail to keep the restraining order firmly in place. (RadarOnline)
