Every girl needs a signature drink, and Betty is no exception. But how to choose among all the luscious libations? We went to the experts at Bacardi and asked them to come up with a signature BettyConfidential.com drink recipe - something decadent, delicious and a little bit different than your mundane martini.

They didn't disappoint. First, it contains ice cream - comfort food and a cocktail in a glass won us over right away. Second, it's PINK and looks oh-so chic to serve and drink. And most important, it's de-licious! Perfect for a sizzling summer afternoon or the ultimate nightcap.

The BettyConfidential Bacardi Blitz

1oz Bacardi Superior Rum
½ oz Chambord liqueur
½ oz Disaronno Amaretto
1 ½ oz Haagen Dazs strawberry ice cream

Add all ingredients in the above order (ice cream last) to a cocktail shaker and add crushed ice. Shake well. Empty entire contents of the shaker (including ice) into a rocks glass. Garnish the cocktail by floating three blackberries and one medium-sized strawberry on top.
