While the winners at the 2010 SAG awards were pretty much a repeat of last week’s Golden Globes, the stars pulled out all the stops on the red carpet. Ladies in red ruled as Mariah Carey, Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks, Joan Allen, Edie Falco, Carey Mulligan (above) and True Blood’s Rutina Wesley and Mariana Klaveno (both below) stood out in the bold hue.

While there was hardly a fashion misstep to be seen, we would like to have a serious talk to Hollywood's hair and makeup artists, who seriously let their stars down. Sandra Bullock’s hair was so messy it looked as if she’d just come from the gym, while Drew Barrymore’s attempt to look ’60s chic was hampered by a messy updo and way-too-nude lips. They could have both learned a lesson from American Idol’s Adam Lambert, whose makeup was flawless and hair had more height than a pair of platform stilettos.
