Some of these stars sing, some act, some are just famous for being famous, but they all have one thing in common — good scents! Check out these new celebrity perfumes.
Mariah Carey’s new fragrance, Forever (above), is a romantic scent that includes tuberose, gardenia with hints of green apple and lotus blossom. Fragrance is so personal,” Mariah says, “and Forever captures that glamorous feeling that I want to share with my fans.” The collection ranges from body lotion ($28) to eau de parfum ($250). Britney Spears’ newest fragrance was inspired by her latest album and is called Circus Fantasy. It’s a sweet fruity floral, with hints of candy and is packaged in a whimsical blue glass bottle with red stones. The eau de parfum comes in three sizes; 1 oz. ($35), 1.7 oz. ($45) or 3.3 oz. Country superstar Faith Hill’s first scent, Faith Hill, is a lush floral with notes of pear, pink peony, magnolia, jasmine, gardenia, iris and musk. Faith says she chose peonies because they're her favorite flower and sweet magnolias because they remind of her home in Nashville. The eau de toilette comes wrapped in a simple black ribbon. Queen Latifah's first scent, Queen is an oriental fragrance that emanates warmth with tones of aged tequila, Italian bergamot and Mediterranean mandarin, with hints of Indonesian patchouli and sandalwood. Queen sampled 50 different fragrances that she said were either 'a little too mature or a little too sweet' before settling on this scent. The eau de parfum spray ($49-$59), is packaged in a heavy ruby-red glass bottle. Layer the scent with body lotion ($35) or body butter ($40).
