I agree Pinkgirl, the harsh stuff always dries or irritates my skin, I try to stick to the gentle cleaners and treatments.

For anything more than a pimple every now and then, you should really go see a dermatologist. Acne doesn't always go away with over the counter treatments, especially if you have a few or several pimples on a regular basis.

I tried dozens of over the counter and prescription medicines before anything started to clear my skin.
