6 Ways to Make Your Back Sexier Looking
There are treatments and products to make your skin look sexy all summer (and winter) long.
Summer’s here and that means you’ll be showing off your back in bathing suits or sexy dresses like Vanessa Hudgens, Reese Witherspoon and Blake Lively. If you’ve been working out like a fiend, your back is toned and ready to be shown off. However, if you’re like the rest of us, you may want to do something to make sure you look flawless. As Mike Sendogan, Clinical Director of LaserTouch Aesthetics in New York City says, “If you plan on wearing a backless dress, your back should be smooth and unblemished.
Here’s a list of his suggestions on how to have a sexy, touchable back.
A self tanner will instantly make your back look toned and sexy.
2. Back facials
Just as you would get a facial for your face, there are spas and at-home products that will give you the same results for your back.
3. Laser hair removal
If you’ve got unwanted “back peach fuzz,” as Mike calls it, you may want to look into getting laser hair removal. The treatment would be a series of treatments and you’d be hair free forever.
4. Acne treatment
If you have “bacne,” you can try over-the-counter products (many people swear by Proactiv) or visit a dermatologist for stronger medication. You can also try Photo dynamic Acne Treatment (PDT). It’s a new procedure that targets hard to treat acne and acne scars. The end result is that it leaves your skin soft and smooth.
5. Skin rejuvenation
If the skin on your back needs a little extra TLC, Mike suggests trying Cutra Xeo. It’s a Laser Genesis skin rejuvenation procedure. It’s used for everything from treating facial and leg veins, pores, sun and age spots, freckles and scars.
If you have “love handles” or excess back fat, you may want to look into SmartLipo. It targets small-to-medium-sized areas of unwanted areas of fat. It was created to treat small localized pockets of fat that lurk in the waist and hips. It’s considered to be the least invasive type of liposuction.
