1. Pamper Yourself: You deserve a little extra during this tough time. Spoil yourself with little things that make you happy: get a massage, take a weekend trip with your girlfriends, go to the movies (NOT a romantic comedy!), eat some food you love that is not on your diet, and don’t be hard on yourself if you have a bubble bath instead of a workout.
2. Hit the Salon: Getting your hair done, a facial, or getting your nails done not only makes you feel like a pampered princess, but makes you look extra attractive when you decided to start venturing out to meet new guys! “The nail salon was the only thing that got me through my breakup. Sorry to say, but that’s what did it for me! Chatting with the ladies and coming out feeling beautiful did volumes to lift my mood!” Jennifer from New York shares.
