Get a mystical, mermaid face with a few key tips. Joy La Rosa recommends to start with a foundation, and then create scales by taking a cut up fishnet stocking and draping it over the head just down to the cheekbones. “Adjust the fish net so that it fits snugly but not too tight. Take a flat eye shadow brush and pat on a light green shadow over the top of the fish net, then layer a turquoise blue on the bottoms of the great scales you just created (this will give them a 3-D effect).” Finish the look with a purple lip and you have a look that’s eye catching.
