In our opinion, you can never have too many pieces of bedding. There’s the luxuriously soft duvet cover for when your beau spends the night, the brand new shams you throw on to impress guests, and…well, you get the idea.

And if you’re in the mood to liven up your space for spring (who isn’t?!), Crane & Canopy has got you covered –literally. Featuring feel-good hues like soft pink, vibrant coral, and cool mint, this home décor company’s bedding sets will give you all of the quality without any of the guilt trips.

From now through May 30, 2013, Crane & Canopy will generously provide a full bedding set (duvet cover, shams, and comforter) to a survivor of domestic violence or abuse for each set (duvet cover and shams) purchased as part of their “Safe Night’s Sleep” initiative with Safe Horizon.

Safe Horizon has served hundreds of thousands of crime and abuse survivors across New York City’s five boroughs since its inception in 1978. According to recent statistics, over 1.3 million American women are victims of intimate partner violence each year.

“We strongly believe everyone deserves a safe and comfortable night’s sleep,” Karin Shieh, Crane & Canopy’s Co-Founder and CMO, stated in a press release. “We know that not everyone has this small luxury. This is why we are proud to partner with Safe Horizon to give victims of domestic violence comfort and courage as they leave Safe Horizon’s shelters to rebuild their lives.”

Sold yet? Head on over to Crane & Canopy’s website to pick up a bedding set. Prices typically range from $30 for a sham and $169 for a kind-sized duvet cover. You –and the survivor you help– will be sleeping a little more soundly in no time!
