Earlier this week, x17online spotted the 18-year-old driving around the valley with a cigarette in her hand (her nail polish confirms it was her and not the pal she was with). Now, one would think, as someone who makes millions touring the country to belt out pop hits, Miley would avoid smoking like the plague. After all, her lungs are responsible for her rise to fame--through her Disney years and beyond.

What a wonderful habit for her to have picked up so early! We're sure her managers are thrilled.

Speaking of which, Miley also flashed her latest ink during her outing... which brings the total number of her tattoos to 5!

The latest is "a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters," a close friend tells People. "The dream catcher is to protect them."

At 18, just the simple task of deciding what to wear to school would cause us to hyperventilate. There's no way we'd be able to commit to something that would be on our bodies FOREVER. Obviously, Miley doesn't have that problem.
