One interesting fact you left out.... Sheryl grew up attending a Spirit-filled church youth group led by Jeff Perry, who is now pastor of one of the largest churches in the St. Louis area. He said she was running from her true calling by going into pop music. It makes the song "Light In Your Eyes" which alludes to a salvation experience make complete sense.
