According to court documents filed by Bristol Palin’s lawyer in Alaska on Thursday, TMZ reports, Bristol is demanding $1,750 a month in child support from Levi Johnston, retroactive to the birth of their son Tripp on December 27, 2008.
Bristol’s lawyers reckon the Playgirl centerfold has earned "in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities." But Bristol says in her sworn statement, "I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi." Bristol says that in the 13 months of Tripp's life, her baby daddy has coughed up a mere $4,400.
Levi’s manager, Tank Williams, in turn claims his client has given Bristol $10,000, and that Levi doesn’t make money from every single interview he does.
Meanwhile, Bristol and Sarah Palin were reportedly paid $100K for their In Touch cover this week, and are set to appear on the Oprah Winfrey show today. (TMZ)
